What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be preserved, in the case of Purpose 1:

If you are a contact person for the legal entity or organization where you provide your services, for as long as our relationship with that legal entity or organization is maintained, and subject to any legal deadlines for legal liability that may arise from the relationship with the legal entity or organization.
If you are interested in contacting us, up to 6 months after your request has been attended to, in case there are any subsequent communications from you in reference to this consultation or information request.
In the case of a contact person to maintain direct relation, for as long as the relationship is maintained, and subject to legal retention periods.

In the case of Purpose 2, for sending commercial communications, we will keep your data as long as you do not express your objection to continue receiving our communications.

Automated decision-making, profiles and applied logic: The company will NOT undertake automated decision-making.

What is the legitimation for processing your data?

During the processing period, DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. will not communicate your data to third parties, except by legal obligation.
