What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
At DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. we process the information provided by stakeholders in order to manage our mutual business relationship in all areas, from the entering into the sale and purchase and/or provision of services agreement and everything that goes with it, to maintaining contact and sending commercial communications by electronic means.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as our business relationship is maintained and up to five years from the last sale. Automated decision-making, profiles and applied logic: The company will NOT undertake automated decision-making.
What is the legitimation for processing your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is that they are necessary for the fulfilment of the sale and purchase agreement to which you are a party, as well as for the correct provision of our services.
The processing of commercial communications by e-mail or other electronic communication means will be carried out in accordance with Article 21.2 of Act 34/2002 on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, which allows us to send you commercial communications that are similar to or related to the product or service originally purchased, as long as you do not object (see the "Rights" section below).
Who will be given your personal data?
During the processing period, DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. will not make any assignment, unless legally required, nor any transfer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. will partner with third party service providers that we may hire from time to time for the provision of this service. It may be necessary that they have access to your personal data but they will process it with all the required legal guarantees, following our instructions and after signing a data protection contract in which we require, among other things, that the data be processed exclusively for the agreed purposes, applying appropriate technical and organizational measures, and erasing and returning the data at the end of the service.
At DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. we follow strict criteria for selecting third party service providers in order to comply with our obligations regarding data protection.

Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether DIMOLDURA IBÉRICA, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them or not.
